Kim is has been a real estate attorney since 2010. She owns Hollingshead & Associates, PLLC, a real estate law firm that focuses primarily in the areas of real estate, small business and finance law, regularly working on real estate matters such as acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, title insurance and private financing. She also owns Hollingshead Title & Escrow, a full-service title insurance and escrow company that closes real estate transactions for residential and commercial sales and refinances.

Kim is also licensed to handle residential and commercial real estate sales. Through her team of agent and lending partners, she is able to bring comprehensive representation to all aspects of ever real estate transaction. She is also a land developer of residential, commercial and single-family projects across Middle Tennessee. It is her passion to bring work force and affordable housing to communities across the state.

She a co-cost and sponsor of The Tonya Esquibel Radio Show on SuperTalk 99.7, the host and producer of past episodes of The American Dream TV, and several podcasts. She is a winner of the Nashville Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Award,” Fidelity National Title Group’s “Top 20 Producer Award,” North American Title Insurance Company’s “Top New Agent Award” and has served on the board of several non-profit organizations, including her current role as board member of The Housing Fund and The Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.

Ms. Hollingshead is a member of the American and Tennessee Bar Associations, American and Tennessee Land Title Associations, Realtor Associations for Greater Nashville, Williamson County and Robertson County, and The Middle Tennessee Home Builders Association.

Ms. Hollingshead earned her J.D. with a Concentration in Business Transactions in 2010, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she served as the President of the Business and Tax Law Association and Vice President of the Federalist Society. She graduated from David Lipscomb University in 2005, with a B.A. in Oral Communication and Political Science.
